Carbon copy of typed letter from Anthony Montague Brown, private secretary to Winston Churchill, to Bill Jackson (son of Justice Jackson) dated 1 August 1957, submitting comments (provided by the Historical Section of the Cabinet Office) to Justice Jackson's article concerning the exchange of destroyers for Atlantic bases during WWII.  Bill Jackson worked with E. Barrett Prettyman, Jr. to publish the article posthumously.
