How does constitutional change happen? What makes laws that have long been constitutional suddenly look anachronistic, unconstitutional or downright wrong? University of Virginia School of Law professor Risa Goluboff addressed these questions during a lecture marking her appointment as John Allan Love Professor of Law on Nov. 5, 2013. Her talk was titled "People Out of Place: A Constitutional History of the Long 1960."
