Richard Posner, Chief Judge of the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, with Professor Doug Leslie. Posner gave a lecture in Caplin Auditorium and received the annual Jefferson Award given in honor of Thomas Jefferson's 251st birthday.
