Collection Description & Arrangement

This small collection contains three documents belonging to Edward O. McCue, Jr. The first is a progress report from the University of Virginia Law Department dated March 1, 1896. It details the absences, progress and conduct of each student every month. His professors included, Minor, Lile, Gilmore and Dabney. The second document is a receipt of payment dated June 19, 1926 from the Virginia State Board of Law Examiners. The third and final document is an Exam Identification Card signed by Edward O. McCue, Jr.

Biographical & Historical Information

Edward O. McCue, Jr., Class of 1926, was a member of the Virginia State House of Delegates and State Senate. He had a son, Edward O. McCue III, Class of 1955.
