Frances Farmer shakes hands with Dr. Taslim O. Elias, the Lord Chief Justice of Nigeria. Farmer served as a faculty member for the First Conference of Law Librarians in Nigeria. The conference took place at the Nigerian Law School on Victoria Island, Lagos from Feb. 27th through March 7th, 1975.
