Draft of document prepared by A.T. Parkes, a land agent and valuer, of the compensation to be paid by Benjamin Barber to the Lord of the Manor of Great Tring for Barber's enfranchisement. Parkes signed the document on 23 May 1882, and a note written on the back of the document indicates that Parkers sent copies to Mr. Sheppard and Mr. Vaisey on 25 May 1882.
