Memorandum of agreement signed by Samuel West and Henry Adams on 27 December 1844.West sells his interest in three cottages on Frogmore Street, Tring to Adams for twenty pounds. Attached to the front of the agreement are two receipts each confirming Adams' payment of ten pounds to West. The receipts are dated 27 December 1844 and 24 December 1845.
