Contract signed by Sarah and her husband Charles Harrawill selling interest in the property of the late William Walker to Joseph Gates, dated 8 March 1850. The paper on which the contract was written is folded in half with the Harrawills' contract on one side and a similar contract between James West and Joseph Gates on the other. Walker was Sarah's uncle. Consideration for the Harrawills' contract was four pounds.
