Last will and testament of George Bailey dated on 2 June 1868 and proved on 31 October 1868 by the oath of John Bailey. George Bailey appointed his brother John Bailey, Esq. his sole executor and left his income to his natural child, Charles Abbott, in a life estate. A copy of the will was sent to J.M. Shugar.
