Typewritten suggested edits to Justice Jackson's Godkin Lecture Number Three by E. Barrett Prettyman, Jr., most likely a response to edits suggested by William Jackson (Justice Jackson's son). Prettyman and William Jackson were working together to finalize the late Justice's drafts of the Godkin Lectures, on which he was working when he died in 1954. The lectures were published in 1955 as "The Supreme Court in the American System of Government" by Harvard University Press.
