Handwritten draft of letter in pencil, dated 10 March 1888.  The draft is a response to a case stated by Mr. Southall in prior correspondence.  The case concerns a breach of warranty of title contained in a Bill of Sale.  Minor makes three separate points about the case, and his notes include case citations supporting his position.
