Tyler's Case" dated 8 April 1852.  The questions posed are: (1) "Consider [the] effect of (...) of slaves to children, to be equally divided amongst them, and if any of them dies without heirs, their share to be equally divided amongst all the children then living." (emphasis in original) and (2) Effect of exchange of servants.
