Letter to Senator Hatch from Milton J. Helmick informing him of the first meeting, inviting him to attend, and updating him on the status of the incorporation. In the event Senator Hatch could not attend, Judge Helmick enclosed a proxy form for him to sign, which he did and returned to the judge.
