Biographical Information
Mr. O'Shaughnessy is a trial lawyer, concentrating on complex litigation of all kinds, including antitrust, intellectual property litigation, class action defense, unfair competition and contract disputes. He regularly appears at the trial and appellate levels of the federal and state courts, both in and out of New Jersey, and has been chief counsel in domestic and international arbitrations.
He currently handles or has handled a wide variety of antitrust cases in New Jersey and elsewhere, involving price-fixing, group boycott, monopolization, resale price maintenance and price discrimination claims.
Mr. O'Shaughnessy has been recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer since inception and in Best Lawyers for the last 18 years. He was also recognized in the Chambers USA "Leading Lawyers for Business" 2009, 2010 and 2011 editions.
