Account of the charges of Frederick Venables in the arbitration between Mrs. R. Bedford (owner) and The Berkhamstead Rural District Council, dated 4 May 1896. In the Arbitration Award included in this folder, Mr. Venables is identified as a surveyor who was appointed arbitrator in the matter. The charges totaled ten pounds, seven shillings. It appears that the charges were received by Prickett & Venables on 19 May 1896.
