Contract signed by James West selling interest in the property of the late William Walker to Joseph Gates, dated 7 March 1850. The paper on which the contract was written was folded in half with West's contract on one side and a contract signed by Sarah and Charles Harrawill selling interest in the property of William Walker to Joseph Gates on the other. Consideration for West's contract was four pounds.
