Brochure for Henry Adams' Estate Auction labelled A.W. Vaisey, dated 1 September 1882. A.W. Vaisey's name is handwritten on the back of the brochure. Inside of the brochure next to each lot description are handwritten notes of the bids, as well as the names of the highest bidders on lots 1 and 2. Mr. Parkes was the auctioneer and A.W. Vaisey the solicitor. The estate was comprised of seven cottages on Henry Street, as well as a dwelling house, shop and business premises on Frogmore Street. The auction took place at the Green Man Inn in Tring.
