Samuel B. Witt III is the former general counsel of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and special counsel to RJR Nabisco, Inc. A graduate of Virginia Military Institute, he has been a trustee of the Law School Foundation since 1995 and is chair of the board’s audit committee.
