Handwritten appraisal of the value of enslaved people whose bondage was held by the estate of Dr. Charles Minor, made at the request of the executors of the estate, Franklin Minor and John B. Minor. The appraisal lists twelve enslaved people, including men, women, and children. The appraisal is signed by three individuals and dated 12 December 1862.
