Carbon copy of a typewritten draft (with handwritten edits) of the introduction to Justice Jackson's posthumous work, "The Supreme Court in the American System of Government" (Harvard University Press).  The draft is a collaborative effort of E. Barrett Prettyman, Jr. and William Eldred Jackson (Justice Jackson's son).  Circa 1955.
